It applies to this website only; information you share with us as a patient in our office is protected under Ontario’s health privacy law (PHIPA) and our office privacy practices.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this website (contact, new patient registration or job application), we receive the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. Forms are delivered to our office email through Formspree, a form-processing service. We use this information only to respond to you, book your appointment or consider your application. Please don’t include detailed health information in website forms.
Online booking and payments
Online booking is provided by RecallMax, and online payments are processed by Helcim. When you use these services, the information you enter is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Website services
This website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts to display text. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
